Ilya is an expert in team development and agile coaching. Since 2017 his main focus is to develop modern working cultures in the public administration. His pain passions revolve around regenerative leadership, life-affirming organizations and the urban future. He uses methodologies like Design Thinking, Scrum and Theory U to support teams and organizations on their path to develop healthy working cultures. Privately, Ilya spends his time doing acrobatics and immersing in conscious communities of all kinds.
